Selena Gomez told People that she is 'nowhere close' to getting her drivers' license. Sel recently admitted she sits in the new car her parents bought for her and pretends to drive it in the driveway.
'I don't even have my permit yet. It's pretty embarrassing. I had to take 19 tests in California! It's the weirdest thing ever. I have to take, like, an online course, and then I have to go take my actual permit test at the DMV. So I will take that Nov. 4, but I don't know. I'm not feeling that confident about it. I'm assuming I'll be 30 before I get my license.'
They also asked the UR Votes Count campaigner if she'd ever run for office. Sel responded, 'Definitely not!' Whatever, she should definitely run for President in 30 years!

the driving test itself wasn't as bad, because i practiced with my mom. and make sure you can parallel park!! that's the trickiest thing.

Um, I don't think she means that she failed 19 times now... I think she means that there are practically 19 tests that she has to go through before she can get her permit and license. Read it through and notice how she mentions those different varieties of tests-- online test, actual test outside, etc.
