Even when she was in seclusion in Nashville doing her movie, she was in the news due to the Vanity Fair pics and the hacker releasing her "Private Personal" pics that were taken in late 2007.

The fact is she did more good than bad last year. Just look at all the millions she helped raise and gave to Charity. Look at her hit concert, her 3D movie, top rated TV show, top 40 radio play, and Album sales.

She isn't calling up the Paps and asking them to follow her they just do. And she isn't the type to hide in her room and just sit while others do her bidding.
