gree bra.. came out in march. that's 9/10 months ago. i want call that a couple, so you have to get your facts right. And thoose was like taken the same time thoose with tomas struge and that was like in January since she was heart brooken and he was a rebound guy. so it's almosta year since thoose was taken also;)

I think Thomas used Miley more then She used him tough. It gave him alot of free publicity. And i am not even sure they dated, maybe it was only a small thing. Lets compare:

A teenager makes a bad personal and moral decision and shop lifts, gives the goods to a friend and gets away with it. The friend doesn't rat her out because they like getting the stuff.

Miley makes a bad personal and moral decision and takes a picture of herself, sends it to her boy friend and get away with it. The receiptant of the pics doesn't rat on her because they like getting the pics.

The teenage shoplifter keeps shop lifting and giving their take to their friend over a 6 month period until he/she is caught by their parents.

Miley keeps taking the pic and sending them to a friend over a 6 month period until she is caught by her parents.

The teenager is punished once for their crime by their parent, perhaps grounded for a month. They aren't punished for each shoplifting incident. They are punished just once for all the incidents. ( this would also be true if the got caught by the police. They would only be punished once for every incident combined)

Miley got punished once, for all the times she took the pics and sent them.(how she got punished is no ones business. It's between her and her parents) What Miley did was not Illegal since she was not naked so no police involvement.

What my point,

Miley took the pics, including the Vanity Fair photo over a six month period from Oct 2007 to March 2008.
She's been punished and no new pics have surfaced that have been taken since March 2008. That means she learned her lesson, and people should learn for forgive and forget.
