I find it incredibly ironic that a lot of you on here are claiming that she's fake, while it is YOU who are fixating on the superficial. I thinks she looks fab. I'm 19 and I went through every phase you can imagine like getting a tan for my prom, getting extensions, having a rebel "all black phase". It's really call growing up, eventually you find out who you want to be and you stick with it...Demi is still figuring out hers--for God's sake, she's only 16! I'm very proud of her

She did not get a nose job...her nose looks narrower because she drew her eyebrow and eye-shadow completely over her eyelid and tearduct which makes her eyes look closer together and her nose longer. My sister's a makeup artists and that's a technique for a "darker/sultry" type of look.
