Jonas Brothers New Record Label, Honor Society First Band Signed?
Honor Society drummer Alexander Noyes told PIX News right before taking the stage in Irving Plaza: 'Tonight, I think, is kinda like the coming out party.' The performance coincided with a surprise appearance by Jonas Brothers..
..who announced that Honor Society will be the first band signed to their new record label.

They're not leaving Disney. Last time I checked they were still starring in Disney tv shows and movies. More likely than not they're not going independent they probably just have an imprint of Hollywood Records. Going independent is very difficult just ask Hanson. Underneath by them went to #1 on Billboard's Independent and Internet album charts and is one of the most successful independent releases on record but it's not even platinum in the US. JB will not survive without Disney shoving them down everyone's throats 24/7(They have their own radio station, multiple tv channels, and movie production companies). JB's nothing without that.

i am definitely a fan of HS and i LOVE jb, but i don't think this is really a great decision for either group. people are gonna keep going to honor society shows to see jonas, just like the one this past weekend. it's not fair for real HS fans who want to see the band that is actually playing the concert. plus, once jb stops promoting HS so much, the superteenies that were just doing what jb told them to do will stop and HS will not have a solid fanbase. it's basically a no win situation (in the words of honor society... lol).
