GO look on the back of every Jonas Brothers album. It'll say Jonas Enterprises or Jonas Group somewhere on there. It just means that they have their own section (i dont know how to describe it) in their advertising, meaning that Hollywood Records and Disney aren't the only people behind the Jonas merchandise, advertising, events etc.
If you think about it too, if the Jonas Brothers were to go through with a record company, it would probably be a little later down the road. It would also have multiple acts to sign, its not just like "wow I have a record company let me find people to sign", or else nobody will think that new "company" is serious at all.
Jonas Group is just like their own separated process in all the advertising, merch and what not. I'm not 100% sure though, so don't hold me to it.
