I dont understand the whole 'age appropriate' thing because fashion designers do not make dresses for teenagers and tbh what are teenage ball gowns supposed to look like? I also cant imagine a older women wearing the dress miley wore this year she would look stupid because its a fun girly dress!

I saw a picture of her in the stadium and the photographer took the picture from high up....her whole boob is showing except the tit....ahh! um, there are THOUSANDS of best/worst lists and everyone gets rated differently, i saw a couple of sites who hated it and then some awarded her the best dressed...even angelina, beyonce,Kate winslet and vanessa made the worst for some and best for some and i think they all look stunning
