From Monsters & Critics: When asked to describe his dream girl, Nick replied: 'Someone who's good to my mom, that's very important. And someone who has a good sense of humor. They have to be good to their moms.'
I know, this makes so much sense. And when she said they took a break and she wrote GNO, I guess he wrote Still In Love With You. He said it was a very personal song to him.

Nick said on the Insider "I don't have a girlfriend". So, I don't think he would lie about it. Joe and Kevin declined to comment. It's different then saying "I'm single" cause they're all single, they're not married.
Nick is smart. He has changed what he is saying from I don't have a girlfriend to I'm single. He can continue saying he is single until he gets married. So, even if he get a girlfriend soon he can continue saying he's single and non of the fans would know. Single means not married.

ok to be completely honest, i just got used to nick and selena being together. i didnt think they were the perfect couple. yes they were a cute couple, together they looked good. but because they were so private we immediately think that their relationship was boring. for all we know, they couldve been amazing together. but by the looks of it, they seemed like an elderly couple. theyre both 16 and have so much more to live for. its not like they can be soul mates. not even 30 year olds know who they love.
i know that nick is maturing. and lately hes seemed more boring and whatever. but were all maturing. ive said this many times before. we mature as fans and hes maturing as a person. weve got to leave him alone. just because hes growing up doesnt mean hes changing. he was young and naive back then.
and we shouldnt care who he dates. we should just be happy that he was a happy person with whoever. and we dont know who broke up with who, because theyll never come out with it. look at how long it took him to confirm him and miley? and seriously, its not like we have a chance with him. yes people can dream, but get real. its more likely hell be with a famous person rather than a fan because of their schedules. if he dated a fan, it wouldnt work out because of touring and his crazy life. i hate it when people go, hes mine! back off! yes we love him to death, but that doesnt mean we have that chance to go after him. and maybe he can date a friend whos a fan. but lets admit it, the whole date a fan thing wont happen. maybe he can prove me wrong in the future. but for now, well just have to see where he goes. let him be and date whoever he wants.
and even if hes lying, gosh we cant blame him. he doesnt want fans to be all up in his personal life. like in that interview. you know how crazy fans (we) can get when theyre not single. like oh my gosh i hate her! she is such a (name). and then when hes single oh i loved them together. thats what happened with nick and miley. that was the most effed up thing ever. i thought that nick and miley were cute. and never said anything. and when selena was rumored, i didnt bash her. i was/still am a fan. but there are many people out there who are like all psychotic about it.
