It was never proven that he was drunk during the accident.Even the person who hit him admitted to running a red light at 70 miles per hour.There were also witnesses who said he seemed pretty stable and normal and not drunk after the accident..

it's ok.Haha I just love him ever since even stevens.One thing I like about what happened after the accident is that someone told him to leave the scene and break the license plate of his car so he wouldnt get accused of anything and he was like "No.This might be my fault.The accident hurt people i gotta deal with this!"
