I live in Toluca Lake and a lot of the houses are this size. Along with the Jonas Brothers' old house, Miley's house, Mitchel Musso's house, etc. It's just the way the pictures are taken that make them either look bigger or smaller but this is an average size home here. And this house is actually decorated really nicely. Just thought I'd share my opinion. Please don't hate me for it...
This may or may not be what it looks like now. Those pictures were probably taken off a real estate site seeing as they usually take pictures of the home when they're trying to sell it, js.
