We finally got to the front of the line and the security guy asked my mom where her book was. She told him she lost it. Miley overheard because she turned to her and said, 'You lost your book'. My mom said 'yes.' Then Miley told some
one behind her to give my mom another book so that she could sign it!
It was soo sweet. Then I asked her if she could personalize my book with my name and she did! She was sooo gorgeous and her mom took my camera so that my mom and I could pose for a picture with Miley!'

She met this little girl Vanessa, a girl who changed her life forever.
Vanessa was 9, and very very sick.
She said that when she hugged her, there was just something there.
Like, she knew that they were meant to be friends, and that this little girl was meant for better things. She said that Vanessa was like an angel. Miley had to leave the hospital, but she didn't want to leave Vanessa alone.
She wanted to stay with her, but obviously, she couldn't so they kept trying to find ways to contact Vanessa & her family.
They didn't have their number, or their last name, so Miley went to the hospital and did whatever she could to find her. Finally, she surprised her and stayed with her for a little while. Then, she invited Vanessa on the set of Hannah Montana. Eventually, Vanessa died, and Miley felt like her whole world collapsed. She couldn't understand how she was dead. She was like, this girl who changed me, for the better, is dead.
She couldn't grasp it. Miley went out and layed in the snow (in just a t-shirt!!) and just wanted to stay there. She couldn't understand that she was actually gone.
But Vanessa holds a place in Miley's heart forever.

I personally loved the book, it was like one of my best friends telling me a story. She said the reason she wrote the book was because she didn't want her fans to connect to her through the media and tabloids, and I think she definitely accomplished that.
