oceanUP Spring/ Summer 2009 FANART Contest BEGINS Now
oceanUP FAN ART CONTEST for Spring/ Summer 2009 has officially begun. Basically, it's a dedication to devoted FAN ART creators on Photobucket & Flickr. You just need to put the word 'oceanUP' or 'oceanUP.com' somewhere in the FAN ART.

Rules: It must be PG-13 rated. No full on nudity. Limited vulgar language. Include the word 'oceanUP' or 'oceanUP.com'. It's Spring/ Summer theme, which is fun, so basically Miley and Selena in their bikinis with the 'Best
Friends Forever' in glitter graphics written above them.
Must be submitted to oceanupfanart@gmail.com by Sunday, March 22. Please try to make the FAN ART entry above 400px in width. The TOP 40 will be posted in two different posts with polls for everyone to vote.
Prizes: Miles to Go, Demi Lovato 'Don't Forget'. The top prize will be decided at a later date.
Not the most exciting prizes, it's more for love of Fan Art. :]

true. i think when nick talk's about the notebook movie on how he feels out of breath i think he pretty much talking about miley. He seems to be out of breath when he sees her! so it makes more sense if miley was there instead of selena head! someone should make a nice one on miley and nick to see which ones looks better! too bad i dont know how to make it! imagen one of justin and miley that would be hilarious. but is pretty funny the notebook one!
