From Natalie & her friend on meeting Gossip Girl stud Penn Badgley at the mall: Boy was he fineeee when we met him. I persuaded Natalie to ask him if we could take a picture. She said, 'Excuse me. Not to be creepahs or anything, but can we take a picture?' In his dreamy voice, he's said, 'Yeah sure.'
We thanked him and they left and we just stood there for a couple of seconds. It's kind of crazy because we were the only ones that noticed him. These guys were all like, 'Why are they taking pictures with him?' We ran like the wind to Macy's and were jumping and hugging each other.
