So after 75 years, Disney decided to make a princess movie with an African American princess. It's all great and all, but the prince is white. The prince should've also been an African American prince, not a white one... All of you little kids saying, "oh, a black princess, what's so great about that?" completely agree with you. i know a lot of people are saying the only reason this princess is black is because of the flack disney has been getting, but i honestly don't care about the circumstances. its still great to see. and i wouldn't have minded if the prince was white at all. i think the whole point to is to show there is no difference so people can be with whoever they want to be with regardless of skin color.
So, there can be kisses in Disney movies (Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and now Princess and the Frog), but God forbid a Disney Channel star use the word kiss in a song!
