lol thats partially true. he didnt get a DUI because her refused to take breathalyzer test. thats why his licensed is suspended. and the crash actually wasnt his fault either. someone ran a red light and hit him. his truck flipped at least three times and his hand was out the window when it happen. he said all of this on the ellen show.
