To the people that say its normal for a little girl to wear makeup ,no its not. Beauty pageant moms get a lot of shit because they are not letting their little girls be little girls. Regardless if she's 9,5,or 7 its not normal. Its ok if they want to play dress up from time to time, but I will never let my kid put on makeup. Not until she's at least 13.
