Then I went on a very healthy foods diet, continued intense exercising and I was able to lose most of the weight and then I used cleansers and lost over 20 pounds. I am a size 2 and am thin again. I do a lot of exercising and only eat a very little. I am no longer on medication because of the weight gain side effect
