Bullying victim Demi Lovato is the spokesperson for anti-bullying organization PACER during the 4th Annual National Bullying Prevention Awareness Week, October 4 to 10. Tools available at TeensAgainstBullying.org.
According to a recent study by The National Association of School Psychologists & US Dept. of Justice, 160,000 kids of all ages stay home from school everyday to avoid the stress that comes from being confronted by a bully or bullies.

i think everyone has been bullied and bullied someone in there life i have and i can tell u that being a bully and hurting someone else hurt me 1000000 times more the actually getting bullied so people learn there lessons i did things i did in grade 2 still bug me till this day

it's not like she was bullied because she's ugly or was fat. Demi was bullied because she wanted to get famous, and people probably thought she thought she was better than them because of that. I don't think it's from jealousy. And I read somewhere that she was one of the popular girls, and she only stopped going to school because it was messing with her career. So she started homeschooling so she could spend her days at auditions and shows.

You don't know the whole story, none of us was there with her or was her friend to judge about how she felt while she was "bullied". She doesn't act like she is so victimized and talk about it everyday, because there's people who ask her about the topic, so she just answers, hoping that other girls or boys would get identified with her, she is just trying to help these KIDS saying basically to MOVE ON and do something BETTER than response to the bullies. She wants the kids who are bullied to focus all their energy on something, like her, she focused on her music and look where she's now.
That's her message. And I really appreciate for what she's doing. I wasn't bullied or anything, but I think her cause is a good one. I'm sorry that you couldn't see that.
