Demi Lovato dished to Popstar! about her blossoming self-confidence: 'I think I've grown more comfortable in myself [recently]. Like, I wear more skirts now because I'm more confident. I'd always hide my legs because I was embarrassed of them. I wouldn't go out in the sun because I was embarrassed to be in a bikini.
Now it's [so different]. I've always wanted to dye my hair darker, it's always something that I've loved, and when they let me I changed my hair color and I stepped out in the sun and finally was able to wear a bikini and feel good abuot myself!'
