I think danielle is smart enought to understand why kevin is doing this, but it must it had bother her a little bit. But they are different type of pre-nups. He can claim that if they get a divorce for any reason he is only allowed to pass her certain amount of money not surpassing any new income he accomplished while being in a marriage, but am sure he put some sort of amount in case of a divorce,since she is leaving her life to dedicated herself completely to being his wife as well as working for the family that in case they get a divorce she probably would had to get a new job or she would want to get a job in case she would not like to see kevin with another girl.
But am sure she will be taking care off in case of a divorce like a set limit or amount it does not me she would be completely broke, it means she only get certain amount in case of a divorce.

No, there are different one's! it is up to the parties involved to agreed on how they want to do things. I know what a prenup! but now a days the prenups are up to them on how they want to handle the situation. She not allowed to his money depending on how much they agreed to pass in case they breakup. He would pass certain amount to her in case of a divorce and they had to agreed.
For example! he can make a 1 million dollars this year.
she not allowed to get a pecentage on that as his income, because they already agreed that all she will get in case of a divorce is 500thousand is just an example!
