Like I wrote earlier, I will be the first to admit that Miley's tweets can be annoying sometimes. Really annoying. I honestly think her tweets did her in a bit, in terms of people hating on her. GENERALLY speaking, she has calmed down lately on twitter ( nothing like June/July) and so again I will say, these tweets struck me as very sincere.
