unicef will mail you one of their trick or treat boxes and you can go to your school or neighborhood asking for donations. It's easier in Halloween cause you can go collecting candy and money( hence the name trick or treat)
b) You can donate money ( Donate to my team yellow button)
For both you should ask your parents permission because in order to get the money to unicef it is easier done with a credit card.
If you rather not ask your parents, tell a teacher or the school ( maybe even the student council) so that they can become a team and donate together. Many schools put the boxes around the different classrooms.
If you have doubts about unicef leave your questions here and I will try to answer.
