Well, I do remember the Jonas Brothers doing the same thing. He is a new artist. At least he has the fans to support him and help get radio play. I am sure the Jonas Brothers would kill to have that kind of support right now for their singles. People like his music. It's that simple.
Twitter is his way of promotion. The same way Miley Cyrus has a myspace that is SOLELY used as a promotional tool for her music. I don't understand why people are so confused by this.
