You are confusing her with selena gomez.. Miley has ALWAYS visit children hospital with her father way before she became famous. She cares and she don't brag about it like selena does. Must of her hospital visits miley keeps quiet the fans are the one's who send them in.. Why are ya'll arguing about whether or not she had her belly-button pierced this summer?? She had it pierced at her 16th birthday party, so obviously yes, it was pierced this summer.
But the more important question is, why the hell is oceanUP posting fan meetings from over a yr ago but refuses to post the recent fan meetings that I've been sending in for the past few months?
