Taylor Swift is very talented and ambitious, and for that reason, I believe she deserves to win certain awards. Entertainer of the Year, sure, she entertained tons of people this year with her concerts and TV appearances. Album of the year, definitely. She has a pretty recording voice, and beautifully written lyrics, and she definitely sold a lot. Female vocalist of the year? Probably not. While her voice sounds good on albums, she is not the best live singer, and so I don't think she deserves that one.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and while I don't think Taylor Swift deserved every award, I don't think her age matters. She should win awards as she deserves them, and if she deserves them at a young age, great. And I definitely think she's deserved the majority of awards she has won.

God knows I would! I was so born in the wrong decade, IMO. I would love to be in the 70's, when feminism was getting strong, and all kind of music was around. Concerts were cheap, so many great things, I love the 70's more than the 60's! Not to mention technology didn't spoil us so much.

I love Taylor, and I love the Jonas Brothers, just for the record.

So I've been to both of their concerts. And from what I've noticed, while the Jonas Brothers did have some 5 year olds at the show I went to, it was mostly teenagers. At Taylor's, it is more of a wide range, but still, I saw mostly teenagers.

I just hate how people pull statistics out of nowhere and say them as if they are true facts. (I'm talking about you saying the ages at concerts). With that being said, what I said in my first paragraph was just my observations, and generally what people observe is sometimes distorted by their opinions on those things in the first place, so I don't know how true it is. The thing I said about my mom though, is true.

Can't we all just be friends? Who cares who sold what and how many, they're all great in there own way. Now, time for a virtual hug.

I just hate it when people come bash on other post. It is not fair. They don't have respect for anyone, it is quiet sad. No one likes it when their idol is bashed but hey its okay to bash other people's idol. That is fine by your book by mine is rude and disrespectful.

I agree with most posts you make on OceanUP, but I don't agree with this one. OceanUP is a gossip site where people discuss current events having to do with young Hollywood, both the good and bad. It isn't a gossip site, and if you are getting hurt by any of the comments, I suggest you stay away from the comments on OceanUP and just focus on the news, or just go on a fan site.

I definitely think a lot of people on here should be less harsh with their comments though. :/ There is a huge different between saying "I didn't really like how Selena sang here" and "zomgg selena hoemez is such a whoore she can't sing haha!!11!" (For example.)

Yes, people should be nicer, but I'd definitely take the hate comments with a grain of salt, because a lot of these people probably don't have anything better to do than hate and criticize people they don't know.

whats ur point the jonas brothers all still live with their parents. you dont see any of them buying their own condo at 20. and theres nothing wrong with that i love my parents and id love to live with them forever. it depends on the kind of relationship you have with them clearly you ahve a bad one.
