Self injury is SO sad.
I'm glad these people are standing up against it! (:

this commercial was kind of...lame. it's good to get the word out to prevent self mutilation, but this commercial sucked.

Demi should see this........

Well i can add this to the list of reason why i love nicole anderson.

I dealt with self injuring for 4 years.
Doesn't only harm your body, it harms your mind, and your heart.

If i had a platform to speak out about it i would.

I'm SO sorry you went through that. I've only cut myself twice, but it's still something I carry with me. It's great that awareness is being spread.

Coming from someone who lost her dad to suicide, do NOT cut/harm yourself! You are NOT worthless, and God loves you! Please, never give up on life, or yourself. You all have so much to give.

It's better to deal with anger when you have people to talk to. Dealing with the really bad things in life is easier when there is someon there that helps you see things from a different perspective.

That's so true.
I wish I had someone to talk to when I'm sad or angry because sometimes that's the reason why I've cutt myself several times. To let the stress and bad feelings out. I wish I could stop but I'm know I'm not strong enough to tell someone, like the video says.

i still harm myself,, i started last year..i dont CUT myself..its gonna sound wierd but when iam angry about something i bite myself really hard and the pain stops. i know this is bad, i dont do it frequently...but i want to stop..

Walmart stores across the country will turn into Mileymarts this weekend when the stores begin airing exclusive footage from Miley Cyrus [ tickets ]' Wonder World tour for fans and shoppers.
The footage will air at 2 p.m. local time Saturday (11/28) on screens in the electronics--and, in some locations, apparel--sections of the retailer's outlets, with an encore presentation scheduled for 5 p.m.. Along with the behind-the-scenes tour footage, Cyrus fans will be treated to deals on the Miley Cyrus & Max Azria for Walmart dress assortment and specials on Cyrus' albums and DVDs.
"Fans will have the opportunity to watch exclusive new footage of their favorite star in action on stage and behind-the-scenes while hanging out with their closest friends," said Walmart senior VP Dottie Mattison in a press release.

I used to cut in 6th grade.

In 7th, I stopped but relapsed during the summer before 9th grade.

I'm glad this issue is being addressed.

yeaah i know how it feels too. I;ve only done it three times all of them around the same time but now evrytime I wanna do it I just look at my scars and thin in how much truble they've brought to me and how much I have to strugle to hide them.

Whenever I think about cutting or suicide I liste to "Why" by Rascall Flatts. I cry everysingle tiem I hear this song and I star to feel better shortly after that. It's one od the most touching songs I've hear in my life

What I really hate about America is that they only think about themselves. You guys do realise that people cutting themselves doesn't just happen in America right? Its almost as though all the other countries don't excist cos Americans are so conceited and up themselves.

Yes, Americans can be conceited, but in a situation like this, I know that everyone would want to help cutters all over the world, not just in America. But like I said, the advertisement was planned to be broadcasted in the country, so it makes sense.

No she does not...

I've never actually cut myself but I've attempted. I also tried to throwup and stop eating. It all started last year;;; I actually left eight grade for the exact reason demi did. I became okay again in august or September and sadly feeling bad again. How lame! I am going to donate. I want to be an actress and fashion designer. I'd love to be famous too;; mainy to help people like these celebs are doing!

I hope demi gets WAY more involved with stuff like this! She could help so many people like she has me:))
