Nick Jonas Felt 'Different' Performing Solo
Nick Jonas chatted with MTV backstage about performing by himself: 'It definitely was different. But I think going into it, knowing they were supportive made it all right. I was looking forward to it. ..It was a lot of fun being up there tonight. Having my fans up top and my brothers down on the floor just made for a great, comfortable environment to premiere this new side project, this new record.'
Why did Nick choose the Grammy concert as his band's debut? The Admin's debut album Who I Am, comes out on February 2, after a kick-off tour in January: 'When going through the setup of the record with the team, we were trying to think of the right vehicle to premiere this record. This kind of fell into the perfect timeslot. ..It meant the world to me, and just to be here is an honor.'

i personally think he chose the grammy nominations because aside from it falling into the correct time slot, it was also an event where thousands of people were going to watch. What better way to premiere something like this than at one of T.V.'s hottest parties around? It was good publicity for him and he really rocked it!

I actually think Joe and Kevin were clapping for KOL. The announcer screwed up the order he announced the nominees. I'm sure they would clap for her anyway. They're gentlemen. :)

the fuck? he could have just said they're friends, he didnt have to say best. and he also talked about how its great that after all theyve been through they're still close. and after he talked about her hes said "that's a genuine answer." they only lie about girls theyre dating and thats courtney he was really quick to say theyre friends but he didnt elaborate at all so i think he was lying about her cause theyre dating. and he never admits hes dating someone, to this day.
