Exactly, they were dropped which means they weren't selling or popular enough. The only reason they are famous now would be the fact that Nick latched on to Miley because he liked her. Then for a favour to him & his brothers, Miley got them signed to Hollywood & got them the opening act on the Best Of Both Worlds tour.
