Yeah, he could have handle it different, but if someone was threatening my love ones, then of course i would have punched them out. About the drinking thing, they were legal to drink. In Germany, they are allowed to drink beer and something else can't remember, at the age of 16, but that's all they are allowed to drink until they are 18. When they are 18 then they are at the legal drinking age to drink any alcohol. That's what they said in one of their interviews.
