The CD wasn't purposely (at least from the label's perspective) released in Mexico. In the future they should stick with US/Canada releases to stop this. LVATT was released in another country accidently too. It's too bad that most people don't care about stealing music. No matter how you justify it, it is wrong. I love Nick's new music and I'd love to get it free too, but it's not fair to Nick to not receive credit number wise and financially for the sale.
Maybe the label should not release the CD in Mexico next time. Those who steal music are dishonest not matter how much you want to make it seem okay.
