You shouldn't feel sorry for them. It actually enables them to be able to play younger characters!! So being shorter and flat-chested can be a plus in the acting world

well flat-chested can play younger characters BUT they can't play adult characters. so its not really a good things when they grow older, they still play as a 'kid'
