On helping the Scotts family on Extreme Makeover who lost their police officer dad: ‘The first thing I though when I met the girls was how incredibly strong they were. They acted as if nothing had happened and saw their lives as still blessed.
They didn’t let it effect them. I’ll always remember how sweet they were and how they had a positive outlook on life. I think I spent too much time worrying last year, that was my biggest problem. I should just be in the moment. I need to stop thinking the future is scary and feel excited for what’s next!’
