Video posted, but not the pictures. From Lizzie: Nick pulled this girl Stacy up on stage during the concert because she had written that she had diabetes on her Who I Am sign. Everyone in the audience was crying. I believe she was 11. It was so cute she was so happy to be up there and he was so nice to her. He gave her a rose, a hug, and a kiss on the head.

Maybe she does not want to be famous. Maybe she just likes to write music and sing. It is not always about fame. It is normal for teenage girls to wear make up and lots of girls have flat chests.
