When they say things like that, they mean that girls tend to be more organized than boys, and tend to handle things like bad news better. Other than that, I'd argue that while guys tend to have a more immature sense of humor than girls, guys are WAY better at cutting through all the bullshit to see and fix the real problems in a situation. Their influence is the only thing helping her sell CDs. She's just not that genuine or sweet. She does have the best voice of the three but doesn't turn out very nice music. She could have some really nice music if she'd turn down the level of screaming in her songs.
And on the Perez thing, actually it was Miley who used to try and kiss up to him. She'd twitter him suggestions for books and say nice things all the while he was bashing her.

When they say things like that, they mean that girls tend to be more organized than boys, and tend to handle things like bad news better. Other than that, I'd argue that while guys tend to have a more immature sense of humor than girls, guys are WAY better at cutting through all the bullshit to see and fix the real problems in a situation. Which is why most of my best friends are guys. They're so much easier to deal with, and I hate drama.
