Other times, he's just too weird. At least the jacket isn't that plaid thing and he changed his shirt when he added the head band. And who bikes in that outfit, since that's the same one he wore in the biking pic.

first i want to say that i <3 all of the Jonas Brothers equally and think they are all amazingly talented and unbelievably beautiful!

when i looked at this picture i thought Joe looked strange.....
then i looked again and was repulsed when i noticed his pigeon toes....
