If you are friends with her, then just tell her to be prepared cause when her show comes out its going to 100 times worse. But she has to remember that for every 1 hater there is 10 fans. The problem is haters are louder.So just tune them out.

Plus, she's not TRYING to replace HM or MC! Disney is not trying to replace them either! MC has grown up and needs to move on from her role. She's already going to be in a movie coming out in a few months that is not Disney related. I'm sure she had something to do with wanting to leave HM so she wouldn't be type-casted and would be able to play different roles besides ones aimed for teeny bopper boys and girls, hence why she's doing a much more serious role in her upcoming movie. Disney isn't going to replace or try to cover-up one of their biggest hits ever, they're just moving on, like you guys should too! No one's telling you to stop liking or supporting HM or MC, just give other people and shows a chance!
