Miranda Cosgrove MAKING MILLIONS $
iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove has signed a new contract with Nickelodeon that's said to be in the low- to mid-seven-figure range, according to THR. Under it, she will continue on the show for the 26 additional episodes the cable network picked up late last year.
Production on those episodes, which will bring the total order for iCarly to 96, is slated to begin in the spring. Miranda started on Nickelodeon at age 9 on Drake & Josh. iCarly is Nick's top-rated live-action series in all key kids demographics, and the 'iSaved Your Life' special ranks as the network's highest-rated and most-watched live-action telecast ever.

Yeah, Nickelodeon is more popular than Disney these days. iCarly got 11.2 million and Big Time Rush's first season premiere got 6.8 million, while Hannah Montana got 6.9 million and Sonny With A Chance's second season premiere got just 5.9 million. Nick FTW!

these Disney kids probably bring in way MORE money than the average adult star so yes, they should be earning their fair share!
Sometimes I can't believe how much actors make, but my friend brought up a good point, the company must be making A LOT of money because of her and the show, so she definitely should profit from it also.
It can go toward their college education. And with a lot of child stars, the transition to roles as adults can be difficult. It probably helps to have that money to fall back on. Plus, iCarly may have a revenue in the millions or more. It's only fair that the main star receives her share of that despite her age.

this is my 11 year old cousins favorite show. I had to watch it with her when she came to visit me and I couldn't stand it, but that's just my personal preference because I just dislike most shows for kids.. the humor just annoys me. Miranda Cosgrove is a beautiful girl though and I can't see why she shouldn't be paid that much if Miley Cyrus is paid as much as she is. I just hope she doesn't go the way of a lot of other female actresses like someone else said. Good luck to her..
