The dress is not wrong side out. She just forgot to take the tag off. I did that with a pair of jeans once. I washed them and left the sticky tape with the size on the back leg. Someone at work told me it was there. Yep, I was embarrassed.

The dress isn't inside out. Some designers sew their labels on the outside of their dress. You can clearly see that the seams and buttons are sewn correctly on the outside and worn correctly.
