you should get one. just make sure you have parental consent if you're not old enough and that its a design that you honestly love. and put it in a place that will allow you to cover it up for work if needed.

ps. if a tattoo parlor is willing to tattoo a minor without asking for consent they probably shouldn't be tattooing period. so make sure the place where you go is sanitary and legit.
