What the hell? Why is her dad enabling this shit? Meeting celebrities is not a necessity and its kind of creepy that this girl seems to see it that way. Going out of your way to find and meet celebrities, especially ones you've already met multiple times before is unsettling and not normal. It really should not be encouraged!

The outfit is her thing, like a uniform of some type. They are real, I've seen her in professional papz photos and videos.
It's like playing, where is waldo? She's also friends with a few papz, so I think they give her the heads up on locations.
