Haha sorry to butt in and stuff, but yeah like you said. If you are a celebrity you should pretty much know that you are obligated to sign/greet fans seeing as they are what got you that money/stature. Sure you're gonna have your off days, but don't be rude about it.

For example, I met Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt at The Grove. My friends and I aren't fans, but we loved the Hills so how awesome would it have been to take a pic with them? We went up to them and asked for a pic and they told us "No. We're not being famous right now. Bye." In a rude manner.
