Chelsea looks kinda....sexy? In a way.I mean her hair is perfectly unperfect perfect.And her eye make up is good.The little black dress hugs her body really well.She needs some color in her cheeks.And she should have used a darker pink lip gloss.Nude isn't good on her.

I honestly DOUBT shes on drugs... and the whole "her boyfriend is a rocker" are you kidding me? its not like Jake Johnson is opening for the stones in the 60's he's not getting her into drugs. Shes one of the most real people on Disney channel... I wish people would see that!

I agree. People have this sick obsession with weight. Guess what? Some people are skinny, some people aren't. That's where it ends. Neither one is better than the other. It's such a superficial obsession. Work on your personalities instead of your weight, yes?
And she looks perfectly fine in that picture, so the weight comments are irrelevant. The only bad thing is her makeup, but she's still a pretty girl under it!
