I saw this live. It was a little confusing because he sang live but didn't get along with the playback in the back ground. He had some problems with his voice because it cracks^^
Anyways, the host made him say he wants a german girlfriend, but she was also saying something like he's achieved a lot even though he looks like he just lost his milk tooth

It was pretty amazing, we totally freaked out! He waved at us point at us while singing "Is she out there?!" It was so amazing & I'll never forget it (': He has so many fans here in Germany, it's incredible! And he said that he always have a good time in our country (': I've got the Bieber Fever more than ever before! Justin, come back to Germany, we miss you already! and yes, he sang live & it's was pretty amazing, i think!
