Demi Lovato may have moved on to Wilmer Valderrama after her breakup from Joe Jonas, 'they have been in constant contact'. A source told E! News, 'she complained about Joe to him a lot. Now they're talking and dating.'
Joe's rep told E! regarding the Demi breakup, 'We don't comment on our clients' personal lives'. It was reportedly done by Joe over the phone: 'Joe didn't have the heart to do it in person'. Demi just Tweeted, 'After the week I've had, I can PROMISE you I will KILL this show tonight.. Get ready for one intense concert.'

I don't buy that he broke up with her over the phone, that's a freaking lie. And if they did break up, they were staying in the same hotel for nearly a week. I'm sure he would have done it in person. They went to photo shoots together, played GMA together the morning before Demi left for Chile. And she tweeted on Saturday her excitement (with a smiley face) about the tour this summer with the Jonas Brothers.
It did appear that there was some tension at the MTV interview because Demi seemed irritated through the whole thing. She came off kind like a spoiled brat who wasn't getting her way and Kevin visually reacted a few times to her negativity. Nick and Joe kept their cool though.
