That's because he's usually on set at 6am, works all day, then sometimes has to record Phineas & Ferb, records for his new album at night, makes public appearances, & performs live on weekends, usually on the east coast. It's called HARD WORK! The boy hardly ever sleeps, so cut him some slack!
