I THINK its one of those videos other countries do for Disney movies. I remember seeing them for something else, HSM I believe? They do remakes of the songs in the movies and make videos to them.

First: It is really stupid to actually care about a singer's personality, because you can never judge someone's character on a square-shaped screen on your lap/TV/movie theatre.
