I doubt she had a nose job or the botox (she's only 24!) You have to factor in that in the 2004 picture she is smiling and her face is at a normal level and in the 2010 picture her face is more upward, like lifting her chin up giving more of a "sexy" look than all smiley. Her lips look like they've been done though.

No, she is not cute. I didn't get the big hype over her looks beforehand. I thought she was pretty but nowhere near the hottest woman. Now that she's got plastic surgery, her face looks so tight and she looks like a blow-up doll...

She was hot even before any supposed surgery. I think she's just aged making her look different. Some ppl age where all the features in their face narrow, giving them a sharper look. That seems like the case with megan cus everything just looks razor sharp now. While others get droopy (the majority). Or some ppl get a combination of both, like Demi Lovato and end up looking like her mom. Sorry but that's the most hideous way to age.
