Okayy so about 2 years ago my brother and me had found a cellphone in my dads car. We asked him why it was there and he told us that it was his friends so me and my bro didn't think much of it. So then last year, I had found the same phone again in the morning before I had gone to school. I was getting suspicious so I hid the phone in my clothes just incase my mom were to see it. Then like an hour after I had gotten home from school, my dad called me. You could tell his voice was kinda nervous. Anyway, he had told me if I had found a cellphone and I said yea. So then last Saturday my dad and me were in the car going to LA. Its a 2 hour drive so we had a lot of time to talk. We had started talking about my future, what college I wanted to go to, where I wanted to live, etc. So then out of nowhere, he tells me that when my brother and me move out of the house my mom and him are getting a divorce. I mean he just said it straight out! Out of nowhere so what the hell was I supposed to say?! I mean at the same time I knew this was going to happen but to hear it coming straight from him is just to real! So I just smiled and told him that I understood and I just started joking around with him saying that he was gonna make me waste money to go visit them because I would have to one city to the other. And he just laughed and looked relieved that I took it okayy. So then I told my brother and he felt the same way. I mean I don't blame them for getting a divorce. I just want them to be happy. But I mean just looking back at memories its makes me feel like our family time is over. Im thankful for all they did for us but at the same time I just can't help but feel..... alone. You get me? :l
