She didn't sign with Hollywood Records and they are done shooting Hannah Montana so technically Disney has no control over anything she does. Same with Miley. She isn't with Hollywood Records anymore. She signed with RockMafia for her next album. : )

The Dome isn't a concert, it is an event mainly for TV broadcasting all over Europe. It doesn't matter if they can sing good live, it has to sound good on the TV. And plain live performances sound shit on TV. That's why everybody there has a backup track.
And I have to say, she is hot.

Emily is amazing. She had to lipsync in both Shows. Its german TV and its kinda huge here and they didnt want people to mess it up. So they all lipsync on there.
