I don't get that Sarah girl. Why does she have to make a picture every single time that she sees a celebrity? She has like 50 pictures of her and Nick together. I find it kinda rude. Maybe this: They had dinner at Jerry's then went to Pinz and wish happy bday to Nick (maybe enjoyed some bowling alone, u know what I mean, not at the same game that Nick and the band were playing in) and left to Gindi Thai ... Or first they went at Gindi/Pinz/and then left to Jerry's.
Or someone's lying.

I saw some videos where there were Miley, Demi, Rob Kardashian and a blondy girl. The videos show them at the entance of Pinz (probably asking for a game, Miley hugging Demi and then another were Miley leave Pinz at her alone with her car. (all the videos on OU)
So probably Demi and Miley hang out to dinner like every normal friends and then decided to Bowl at Pinz (maybe as the result that Demi had to congratulate Nick) with some friends (Rod K, the blondy girl ...) and wish happy bday to Nick that was with his band at this place too.
